HOT STONE MASSAGE
Round, flat, warm stones are laid upon the chakras (wheels of color & energy within the body) as balancing agents. Basalt stones are heated in water and glided with firm pressure along oiled sore muscles. Our stones were found in Marblehead waters (mechanically tumbled stones have less healing power) for pure energy. The direct heat allows the muscles to relax while allowing manipulation of a greater intensity. The hot stone experience relieves pain, knots, and promotes harmony, balance and peace.
Recommended for relaxation and sore muscles that need heat.

Reiki - The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and wholeness. The healer places her hands above a particular part of the recipient's body in order to release energy through your chakra points to flow through your body and treat the whole person for a sense of well-being. | Reiki is given to the client fully clothed on a massage table.
Remember: the healer is only the"vehicle" in which energy will travel from. You are the "receiver" and will use the energy as needed. People experience: emotional release, growth, re-centering, a heightened sense of awareness, increased intuition, enhanced well-being, stress release, reduction in pain and tension, accelerated healing, and inner peace. BODY POLISH

A great way to get rid of your dry skin and ready for the Spring!
A gentle body exfoliation using a combination of blended sea salts and essential oils, lifting dead skin cells and leaving the skin feeling smooth and silky. Warm towel compresses to remove oils followed by an application of hydrating body lotion.
An ideal treatment by itself or just before a massage.
CHAIR MASSAGE $1 a minute
A specialized massage to the muscles of the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands, which can be performed while the client is fully clothed, allowing the person to relax and let go of stress and tension instantly. Chair massage can also be scheduled to an off location. Excellent for corporate events. |
